Q1. What is strength? What are the different types of strength?

Ans. Strength can be the ability of a person to endure tension. It can either be physical or mental.
Physical strength can be seen by exercising while mental strength by powering through stressful
situations in life.

Q2. Exercise, physical activity and fitness: What is the difference?

Ans. Exercise is a set of actions that one can do to keep their body in a good condition physically.
Physical activity is less complex and includes anything you do in your day-to-day life which involves
movement of your limbs. Fitness refers to one’s physical health being in good condition suitable for
a particular task.

Q3. What is the best time to exercise and why? For how long should we work out?

Ans. Personally, I think the best time to exercise is after waking up and before going to sleep for at
least 45mins to 1 hour depending on a person’s physical ability.

Q4. Make a 3-week workout plan as per sport you play regularly.

Ans. Week 1- 3 sets of 30 squats, 3 sets of 20 lunges and 3 sets of 10 burpees.


Week 2- 3 sets of 40 squats, 3 sets of 30 lunges and 3 sets of 10 burpees.
Week 3- 3 sets of 40 squats, 3 sets of 30 lunges, 3 sets of 10 burpees and 10 minutes jogging.

Q5. What is warm-up and cooling down and why is it important?

Ans. Stretching yourself before starting intense exercise is warm-up and cooling down. It is
important so that you don’t strain yourself.
