Chocolate Cupcake

Ingredients Steps

1 cup of soft butter  Preheat the oven to 180℃.

½ cup of brown sugar
2 cups of plain flour 4
medium eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup of chocolate chips
 Put paper cups in a muffin tin
 Put the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.
 Beat until light and fluffy.
 Add the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and
salt into the mixture.
 Beat the eggs and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
 Add to the mixture and stir thoroughly.
 Scoop the mixture into the paper cups.
 Bake the mixture for 18 to 20 minutes.
 Take out from the oven.
 Cool for 10 minutes.
 Put chocolate chips on the cupcakes.
