Training Management:
Training needs analysis to identify the target areas from professional development
Research into training methodologies and materials already on the market and
commissioning the creation of new materials as required
Quality Assurance of training courses and the standard to training delivered, including
the assessment of trainers contracted to deliver courses.
Implementation of appropriate training methodologies including e-learning, distance
learning and face to face training.
Oversight of training course delivery, especially the management of the events.
Creating a range of reports required by the clients and analysis of training statistics to
inform the future courses and identify areas of weakness that need to be addressed with
further professional development.

Customer services management
Quality assurance of the accuracy of data entered into the systems required by the client.
