1998 Promoted as senior maintenance supervisor

2002 Re-assigned as senior planning engineer

2003 Promoted as chief planning engineer

2009 Re-assigned as turnaround planning superintendent

2012 Promoted as Maintenance Manager

2013 Re-titled as Senior Maintenance Manager

2001 Special assignment to develop millwright development program

2010 Special assignment to develop Job qualification program for the technicians.

2011 Special assignment to develop professional development program for the


maintenance engineers.

2011 Special assignment to develop succession planning for supervisors and planning
engineers.

2012-2013 Act as General Manager several times.

Objective

My carrier goal is servicing the organization to the best of my knowledge by utilizing more than 22
years of strong diversified on hand experience of maintenance, planning, turnaround, developing
business best practices, establishing of management systems, and preparing employees development
programs.

Expectation

My highest-level of expectation is to work with my organization and available opportunities with an


aim to seek a challenging career in an environment where my contributions will make a difference and be
noticed.

Strengths

Working for more than 22 years in industry with very challenging progression ladder, handled diversity of
work, assignments, and involvement in all business initiative, field maintenance & projects executions,
planning, outsourcing, contract management, contributions in establishing management systems,
enabled me to get best skill and get accomplishment of many major tasks and assignment assigned to
me. I am exceeding the expectation of given target to me. It is go easy for me to handle any kind of work,
tasks, & duties with respective / different organization or business.

I am very well conversant with industrial business prospective. I have excellent competency in leadership,
management, technical, risk management, readiness review, root cause investigation, project
management, and human resources initiatives including; organization set up, job description, job gaps &
analysis, designing training, initiate and establish development program, develop succession planning,
and recruitment.

Has excellent ability in write up on business cases, analysis of business matters & trends, KPI’s
interpretations. Prepare paper work for conference and knowledge share. Have excellent experience in
designing and conducting workshops on special subjects and conduct training sessions. In addition, I am
highly skilled in design presentation and produce executive reporting for senior management.

Well expert in developing standard procedures, working manual, RACIE matrix, process flow charts and
mapping and other working procedure. High aptitude in coaching and mentoring new hired and
apprentices. Well experience in internal auditing and strong communication competency and working in
team and individual assignments.

a champion for safety, Quality, Contractor Control, & training coordinator, Root Cause
Investigation, Cold Eye reviews “Readiness review”, Risk Assessment, & recruitments.
 Lead root cause analysis investigations for several major events and failures.
 Worked in different categories of stationary and rotary process equipment.
 Worked as administrator of contractor control element related to Safety, Health & Environmental
Management System (SHEMS).
 Worked in established word class standard in turnaround management manual.
 Lead budget preparation and setting department business plan & objectives.
 Implementing maintenance KPI’s.
 Worked in Standard Maintenance Procedure (SMP).
 Lead several critical task forces for scope development and challenges.
 Selected as member in Scaffolding Contractor Competency Assessment team lead by SABIC
EHSS for all scaffolding global contractors working in SABIC.
 Lead and conducted several “Health Check” and Readiness Review for major turnarounds.

 Initiated & lead team of Turnaround Planning Standardization (TAPS) project.
 Lead SAP integration process in maintenance department.
 Lead successful emergency shutdowns in very critical period.
 Lead successful Urea Reactor replacement during an emergency shutdown.

 In 2002, developed extensive employee development program for the millwrights in maintenance
department, materials prepared in three volumes with assessment instrument and grading policy.
 In 2005, took the lead to meet strategic changes in CMMS to SAP.
 In 2005, implementing turnaround new approaches of outsource packages.
 In 2007, certificate of recognition of active participation in EHSS Turnaround.
 In 2010, assigned as team leader for Maintenance Division Job Qualification Program (JQP).
 In 2010, selected as a panel member in Company direct hire recruitment campaign.
 In 2011, assigned as team leader to develop “Professional Development Program” (PDP) for new
engineers.
 In 2011, assigned as team leader to develop Succession Planning Programs for Planners and
supervisors.
