Duties include:

Leaves. Monitor usage of leave and preparation of leave reports as required.


Oversee Leave Requests and close checking of them, to ensure accuracy.
Medical Insurance. Negotiate with medical insurance companies and ensure that
medical cards are distributed on time to all employees.
Discipline. Monitor disciplinary actions, investigate and check that both company
and Lab our regulations are adhered to. File all disciplinary reports and ensure
that they are followed up.
Contract Termination. Check all contract termination proposals to ensure that
documentation is in order and advise management on policies relating to
termination. Investigate thoroughly in all reported cases.
Employee General Welfare. Communicate with employees on a regular basis,
respond to grievances quickly, visit all appropriate locations regularly, facilitate the
organisation of inter company competitions and social events, visit employees in
hospital or other institutions.
Personnel Records. Oversee personnel records as required and develop systems to
meet the changing requirements of the company. Ensure that files are 100%
accurate and kept up to date.
Working Condition. Monitor and control the working conditions of employees in the
Company.
GOSI. Oversee the process of GOSI and ensure full adherence to GOSI law and
procedures.
Administrative Decision. Review administrative decision concerning leaves and
terminations.
Emergency Fund. Receive, review, provide feedback and take action on all
reported cases.

personnel .
Provide close support to personnel functions at locations and ensure proper
implementation of company policies and procedures.
Work closely with HRD team to implement HR systems.
