At a consulting capacity, my focus is not just project

delivery.

It is also to build solid processes, and enable you to

sustain SEO/Content Marketing processes with the

optimal balance of build/outsource so you reap the

benefits of what we do today, tomorrow and for years to

come.

Work days, work hours, and communication

Days: While I am available for a few hours every day, I will primarily work on

Sundays for Quadrant Systems.

Hours: I will be doing the bulk of work towards the weekend, however, I can make

myself available in case something important comes up during weekdays, and for

meetings.
Communication: The best way to reach me any day is through Slack.

Other terms and conditions:

With respect to content creation for blog, ideally, I write only until we see initial

indicators of success and have writing/SEO guidelines and processes in place. Once

this is done, writing blog articles would not be an efficient use of my time and

wouldn't justify hourly rates, at which point, I will help Quadrant Systems onboard

freelancers/interns/in-house marketers to help scale content production efforts.

Same goes for link building.
The project scope is not absolute, and I am happy to help with any content that

may be the priority within the stipulated hours. However, being mindful of ad hoc

tasks will allow me to focus on my core responsibilities and deliver results faster.
The indicated retainer fee is expected in-hand (not inclusive of taxes and

deductions)
For SEO projects, I work on a 6 month contract as it is the least amount of time

such projects need to start showing initial indicators of success.
