Greetings of Peace and Love of the Lord!

The Philippine Nurses Association, Inc. will conduct its 100th Foundation Anniversary, 65th Nurses’
Week Celebration, and National Annual Convention on September 01-02, 2022 at Fiesta Pavilion,
Manila Hotel.

With this, the Municipal Health Office, with your approval, will be sending our nine (9) nurses as
delegates to the annual event/program. The registration fees, accommodation, and per diem will be
charged to the available funds of this office.

ACCOMMODATION FEES- 70,000.00

PNA REGISTRATION- 56,000.00
PER DIEM- 21,600.00
GRAND TOTAL- 147,600.00

We are hoping that you will grant our request and permit our nurses to this annual event as this will
also serve as capacity development and leadership training on their part.
