This is in response to your request to conduct limited face-to-face end-of-school-year rites.

Based on IATF amended guidelines for Alert Level 1, there are no restrictions in terms of
indoor and outdoor activities. In this regard, the request for your approval to conduct
graduation rites is hereby permitted, provided that, protocols are to be observed under
Alert Level 1. More so, there will be an assessment before the said event.

Attached is the assessment tool that will be used during the conduct of the local IATF team.
