vegetables, else just add them as chunks to the bowl. If you are boiling them,
then don't discard that water and use it when you puree the vegetables.
➔ Put the fish and water in a pan and simmer for 4-5 mins in low to medium
heat. Cool and puree it completely. It should look like a homogenous paste.
MAKE SURE ALL THE BONES ARE COMPLETELY PUREED.

NOTES
● Please keep switching the proteins so that they do not develop food
intolerances and skin issues. When you introduce a new meat, please make sure
you transition to the new meat over a period of 10 days.
● Keep alternating the organ and muscle meat too.
● If you are using golden paste in the meal already, please skip turmeric, pepper
and coconut oil as toppers.
● Do not feed them cooked bones; it may splinter and cause serious internal
damage.
● Use 2 to 3 vegetables at a time per week.
● Bony snacks or eggshell powder is a must every day. Do not skip on them. Do
not skip fish also.
● You may add fish oil - 1 capsule of 1000mg per day. You can add it to the bowl
in the morning or evening meal. Open the capsule, empty the contents in his
bowl and throw away the capsule shell. This is NOT a replacement for fish, it is
only an addition to his diet.
