Tiara Garments need to follow the basic Training and development process to achive its
organizational goal. Training and development process is an organizational activity aimed at
improving the performance of the individuals and groups of employees in the organizational
settings. It is an organized activity for increasing the knowledge and skills of the employees.
Through 'training' employees are taught specific skills while through 'development'
employee's personality and management skills are enhanced. Training can be viewed as a
process comprised of five related stages or activities:
1. assessment,
2.motivation,
3. design,
4. delivery, and
5.evaluation.
In essence, the strategic training and development process is similar to the strategic planning
process in general. Identification of needs, evaluation alternatives and initiatives, creation of
actions and key performance indicators, assigning to the right audience, implementing,
monitoring, and re-evaluation which are very basic need for Garments Tiara.

and external training). The training utilized depends on the amount of resources available for

everyone from the security guard to top management, managers to the servers. They should
measure the effectiveness of its training by looking at turnover, which is below the industry
average rate of return . Servers make up the shortage percent of the workforce and spend more
labor hours, in house and external training is necessary..
