Minimum two years retail or service sales experience; prefer salon industry experience
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and utilize good
judgment
Ability to build and maintain relationships with management team and service providers
Responsible for engaging and assisting clients by educating them on service offerings
Fill available openings in the salon schedule by offering additional services to clients in
person and on the phone
Adopt the “never say No” philosophy to schedule appointments for all clients by offering
additional date and time options to accommodate the client’s needs if a same day
appointment is not available
If absolutely impossible to schedule client, call another beauty brands location to try and
book the service that is unavailable
Build a professional relationship with the Salon Professionals and educate yourself on all
services offered
Partner with the Management team to develop the salon professionals (skill level, time
updates to complete service in efficient time frame, selection of service offerings & any
salon issues that arise)
Keep salon professionals on track and on time with all clients by supervising the scheduling
of clients within the salon to ensure salon professionals maximize productivity to meet sales
goals
Present a professional appearance and maintain Beauty Brands grooming standards and
dress code
Salary: 25-30 K
People with the experience in the similar industry will be preferred.
