PSU VISION
The Palawan State University’s Vision means that the school aims to give the students relevant and
innovative education and research for continuing education and continual development.

PSU MISSION
The Palawan State University’s Mission means that the school wants to improve the quality of life of
the learners through education opportunities such as excellent instruction, research and innovation,
extension, and production services.

PSU QUALITY POLICY

We provide equal opportunities for relevant and innovative and internationally recognized higher
education programs and advance studies for lifelong learning and sustainable development- means
that the PSU aims to create and provide equal opportunities and advance studies for the student’s
lifelong learning and sustainable development.

We strongly commit to deliver excellence in instruction, research, extension, and transnational

programs in order to meet the increasing levels of stakeholder demand as well as statutory and
regulatory requirements- means that the PSU aims to serve excellence in instruction, research,
extension, and transnational programs to respond to increasing levels of requirements and demands.

The University shall continually monitor its quality management system to ensure compliance with
national and international standards and requirements.- means that due to national and international
standards and requirements, the PSU aims to upgrade or continually monitor the school’s quality
management system.
