In order to help the students be certain of what career to take, their parents must be open-minded and
be supportive about their dreams and aspirations. Parents should make them realize that it is important
that they must effectively weigh the pros and cons of their chosen careers for them to be guided on
their decisions. In addition, parents and teachers collaboration is essential for they have direct influence
in guiding the students of what career to take.

APPLICATION

The school with the help of its stakeholders conducts an orientation program on career guidance for
parents and learners for them to be guided on what career to choose.
