CURRICULUM

 2 semesters + 1 accelerated semester in


1 year
 Odd Semester (August – December),
Even Semester (January – April),
Accelerated Semester (May – July)

1. Payment of tuition fee is due before each


semester.
2. Failure to remit payment before due date
will incur a late penalty (Rp 500,000) and
result in an academic sanction.
3. Student can view outstanding balance
and future payment due dates online on
student OPCS account.

4. Student may be required to pay certain


administrative fees in order to continue
studies and to graduate.
For example: Administrative Fee for Academic Leave Rp 1 million/
semester; Administrative Fee for Changing Study Program/ Class
Session/ Concentration Rp 1 million/ changing time; Retake Fees
(based on number of credits/sks), Graduation Gown Fees (will be
informed before graduation day)
5. The only valid payment method is via
NOBU e-payment.
6. Refunds can be settled only after
graduation.

Operational Hours:
11 am – 7 pm ONLY

Student should complete a specific form or Student


Request Form (SRF) for each request:
• Academic Adm issues such as study program/
concentration/ specialization/ class session
change, module retake, withdrawal, credit
transfer, academic leave
• IT issues such as email login issues and OPCS
technical issues.
• Student Life issues such as permission not to
attend class for University-assigned student
activities/competition.
• Finance such as student payment issues.

ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENT
OF LEARNING OUTCOMES

A student will pass for each module if:


• He/she attains a combined KAT, UTS and
UAS score of 60%.
• He/she attends the class meetings for 80%.
If he/she does not attend the meeting
because of sick, permission, and
unexcused will be counted as absence.
• If fail to get 80% of full attendance, he/she
WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to take the final
examination (Final Examination = 0/ zero)
ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENT

Based on ONE UPH Policy:

Starting from new academic year


2019/2020, THERE WOULD BE NO
SUPPLEMENTARY EXAM APPLIED for
failed students.
STUDENTS SHOULD RETAKE THE
MODULES IF THEY FAIL !
LETTER OF ABSENCE

If student is unable to attend class, student must


submit a formal letter for the lecturer of the class.
• If sick, attach medical certificate.
• If permission, attach letter from parent (including
a copy of parent’s KTP) or letter from company.
• If assigned by the University to participate in any
activities, absence will be disregarded (will be
considered present).

SCHEDULE

• Completing request form


(non refundable administrative fee for
each change).
• Students are only allowed to change
Study Program within the first 4
semesters.
• Students are not allowed to change
back to a previous major.

• Students are allowed to change study
program/ class session/ concentration
throughout the period of the study
program (only 1 time).
• All changing procedures should be
completed 1 month before the start of the
new semester.
• If approved, the change will be effective
on the start of the NEW semester.
ACADEMIC LEAVE & RE-ADMISSION
● Form must be submitted no later than 1 month
before the semester commences.
● Students may request if they have completed at
least 2 semesters.
● Maximum of 4 semesters of Academic Leave in
total. But it is not to be taken 4 semesters in a
row.
● Request will be proceeded for re-admission.
WITHDRAWAL

● A withdrawal request form must be


submitted
● No refund of any payment of tuition
and fees that have been made.
DROP OUT

• Exceeded the limit of candidature period


(7 Academic years excluding Academic
Leave).
• Obtained a CGPA < 2.00 at the end of
semester V
• Under academic sanction.
• Received a decree regarding a Drop Out.
• Being absence for 1 semester without any
information
GRADUATION
REQUIREMENTS
To earn a degree, students must do
the following:
● Complete min. 144 SKS.

● CGPA ≥ 2.00 at the end of study

period.
● Accumulate 100 points of seminars

or events that was held by UPH.

STUDENT DISCIPLINARY
OVERVIEW
Academic dishonesty such as
cheating; plagiarism; misuse of
University documents.

Misbehavior/Misconduct that
causes a disturbance in any
activities of the University.
Misuse/abuse of university facilities,
equipment, or services.

Racial, sexual or any other kind of


harassment.

Theft of things; gambling, alcoholic


beverages; smoking; possession of
illegal drugs; watching pornographic
materials.
Refrain from making unnecessary noise
or avoid littering along campus area.
Student must come in proper clothing.
Students must come on time. Max (15)
minutes tolerance for tardiness.

Students must not use any electronic


device, unless it is specifically
permitted by the lecturer.
Foods and beverages are not permitted
and students should always keep the
classroom clean.

Students must be respectful of the


lecturer, staff, fellow students, visitors.
Lecturer has the right to ask disruptive
students to leave the classroom.
Students who fail to obey the university rules
and ethics will get the academic sanction.
Note:

The penalty of simple reprimand for non-serious offense/s


may be immediately carried out by any lecturer or University
official, without need of formal proceedings.
