 REQUIREMENTS FOR SKRIPSI REGISTRATION
ODD SEMESTER 2022/2023
For intake 2019
1. Has passed Research Methodology module (min C)
2. Student CGPA ≥ 3.00
3. Pay the Skripsi module payment in accordance with the payment
deadline. *For students who do not meet the criteria above,
they can ignore Skripsi module payment in the odd semester AY
2022/2023.
4. Can take a maximum of 16 sks (skripsi 6 sks + other modules 10

 REQUIREMENTS FOR SKRIPSI DEFENSE
ODD SEMESTER 2022/2023
For intake 2019
1. Student has PASSED all modules in the study program.
2. Student CGPA prior to the skripsi examination ≥ 3.00
3. At the time of verification of Skripsi Examination, if it is found that students still
have not passed other modules in Odd Semester 2022/2023, the students are
automatically not eligible to join Skripsi Examination even though they have paid
the skripsi module payment .
4. At the time of verification of Skripsi Examination, if the CGPA is not ≥ 3.00, then the
student CANNOT proceed to the Skripsi Defense even though the student has paid
the skripsi module payment and has passed all modules. The student should
proceed to continue the process until Even semester and should pay another skripsi

 CRITERIA OF SKRIPSI PROPOSAL

1. Skripsi Title needs to have minimum 2 independent and 1 dependent

variables
2. The variables in the title should be creative and innovative. Student are
encouraged not include common variables in one title at the same time.
3. The company as the object of Skripsi research should include minimum of
30 employees (for Quantitative Research with primary data sources)
4. Company should be able to provide reference letter and data needed for
Skripsi (if the research is conducted at the company as primary data
sources provider)
5. Chosen Skripsi will be published in the journal (will be informed later)

What to do during the final
skripsi examination (a.k.a.
Sidang Skripsi)?

 Wear a white shirt (with UPH tie),
complete uniform, and formal shoes.
Present at least 30 minutes before the
examination starts.
Bring primary and secondary data. Eg.
questionnaires that were filled by the
respondents, the video interview results.
After examination, skripsi should be
revised based on the instructions
and within the period given by the
Chief Examiner.

How will I be graded for the
final skripsi examination

Evaluation element: presentation method,
material capability,
accuracy in answering,
ability to defend research result,
content of the skripsi.

Will be recognised as passing the

final skripsi examination when
obtaining a min grade of C.

 If fail for final skripsi examination, repeat!
If plagiarism is detected, examiners
panellist will cancel the skripsi
examination.
When the given period to revise the skripsi
cannot be fulfilled; warning will be issued.
After a period of 2 sessions of convocation
has over, but the revision still has not been
done, then the obtained grade will be
cancelled and will be asked to repeat the
examination process.
