REBALANCING

Rationale: Taking into consideration the impact of rising raw material cost on Q1 results for Polycab,
we have reduced its share in our portfolio. We have further re-invested the excess cash to raise our
allocation in Greenpanel, Mastek and SAIL, as all the companies show healthy growth prospects.
Finally, we have rebalanced all other positions to pre-assigned allocations. The rebalanced portfolio
is as follows:
