1. Technical Ability:
As a Mechanical engineer maintenance, design, supervision, operation, and maintain
installation & erection projects and systems including Frozen Food, Bakery & Utility,
Drinking water & Beverage line machinery.
Monitor all maintenance and analyze records and other data to plan a projects.
Use AutoCAD & solidworks software to plan and design different layout and
development.
Manage the repair, maintenance and replacement of machinery & spare parts.
Concern for the usage and condition of Boiler, Compressor, Ammonia refrigeration
plant and all other production related machinery.
Capable of Managing daily production maintenance and schedule maintenance.
Capable of proper record keeping and spare parts management in ERP.
Capable of maintenance of Pneumatic and Hydraulic System.
Capable of making comparative statement for machine purchase & contact supplier for
spare part.
As a mechanical engineer, I think logically always. I analyze strengths and weaknesses
and offer alternative solutions, approaches and conclusions to problems. Critical thinking
helps me to ensure everything runs properly and systematically.
Constantly up to date with the latest technologies in my work field and I have ability to
adapt and generate machinery and technology.
I have complex problem solving ability to identify such problems and evaluate related
information to develop and assess options that will offer appropriate solution.
Conducting tests and inspection of any works, processes to evaluate quality or
performance.
Considering the relatives costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most

Knowledge-
Maintenance & project management: Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools
involved in the project or repair of machinery or other parts.
Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, and their
applications.
Engineering and Technology - Knowledge of the practical application of engineering
science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and
equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
Design - Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production
of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Computers and Electronics - Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic
equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and
programming.
