1. Technical Ability:
As a Mechanical engineer maintenance, design, supervision, operation, and maintain
installation & erection projects and systems including Frozen Food, Bakery & Utility,
Drinking water & Beverage line machinery.
Monitor all maintenance and analyze records and other data to plan a projects.
Use AutoCAD & solidworks software to plan and design different layout and
development.
Manage the repair, maintenance and replacement of machinery & spare parts.
Concern for the usage and condition of Boiler, Compressor, Ammonia refrigeration
plant and all other production related machinery.
Capable of Managing daily production maintenance and schedule maintenance.
Capable of proper record keeping and spare parts management in ERP.
Capable of maintenance of Pneumatic and Hydraulic System.
Capable of making comparative statement for machine purchase & contact supplier for
spare part.
As a mechanical engineer, I think logically always. I analyze strengths and weaknesses
and offer alternative solutions, approaches and conclusions to problems. Critical thinking
helps me to ensure everything runs properly and systematically.
Constantly up to date with the latest technologies in my work field and I have ability to
adapt and generate machinery and technology.
I have complex problem solving ability to identify such problems and evaluate related
information to develop and assess options that will offer appropriate solution.
Conducting tests and inspection of any works, processes to evaluate quality or
performance.
Considering the relatives costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most
appropriate one. Example: Spare parts selection
