SMART Goal :

I aim to reduce my body fat of 22% around 1 or 2% with the help of this workout routine.
I plan to do this almost everyday so I don’t really have a time limit.

Equipment :

1 7.5kg dumbbell
2 2.5kg dumbbells

Example :

Arm/Chest Day:

10 bicep curls, 3 sets


10 lateral raises, 3 sets
10 bent over dumbbell rows, 3 sets

Explanation :

This workout will help me improve my muscle mass, which helps in reducing body fat
since larger muscles need more energy to move. I also plan to incorporate aerobic
exercises into my workout routine so that I can achieve my goal much faster.
