Instructions Considering Health and Safety Measures :
1) Candidate must wear a suitable/standard mask to cover his/her nose and mouth properly before entering the
Examination Centre and keep it on until he/she exits the Examination Centre. No entry shall be given to candidates
without face mask. However, candidates will have to remove the mask for identification purpose.
2) Candidates must fill-in and submit the self-declaration form on your health condition before entering the exam hall.
You will be allowed to appear for the test, only if self-declaration form is submitted at the exam centre.
3) Candidate must report to the Test Centre 20-25 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the exam.
4) Candidates must follow social distancing while at the exam centre and during the exam time; undergo mandatory
thermal scanning and sanitization before entering the exam hall.
5) Please note that candidate will be denied permission to appear for examination if you violate COVID-19
directives/advisories of Government (Central/State) applicable on the day of test and instructions mentioned in the Admit
Card. Action (which also includes disqualification from the exam, etc.) can be taken against you.
6) All candidates are required to carefully read the Instructions and Advisory for candidates regarding COVID19 given
with the Admit Card and strictly adhere to them.

Instructions of appearing for the Certification Exam :


1) Candidate MUST CARRY latest copy of e-Aadhaar downloaded from https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in or Aadhaar Letter
with LATEST PHOTOGRAPH and ADMIT CARD for Verification purpose.
2) Aadhaar card can be produced in the other mediums as listed below, in case hard copy of Aadhaar Letter or e-
Aadhaar print out could not be produced:
a) Soft copy (PDF or image) of e-Aadhaar produced from the phone’s gallery (Downloaded date should not be more
than 30 days on the date of exam).
b) Aadhaar card produced to m-Aadhaar App.
c) Aadhaar PVC Card.
d) Digi locker etc. (Downloaded date should not be more than 30 days on the date of exam).
3) In case non availability of ADMIT CARD OR MISMATCH in PHOTOGRAPH on your e-Aadhaar/Aadhaar Letter and
candidate appearance, may lead to disqualified from the exam. Other Govt. ID proofs cannot be used for Verification
Purpose.
4) Please note that the items listed below are strictly PROHIBITED inside the examination Centre:
Mobile Phone, Bluetooth Device, Ear Buds Or Any Electronic Gadgets/ Equipment’s, digital/smart watch, Bag,
Handbag, Papers, Notes, Books, Calculator, Correction Marker/White Fluid, Non- Transparent Water Bottle, etc.
It is further clarified that there shall be no arrangement at Examination Centre(s) for keeping the aforesaid
items. If any item is brought by the candidate and the same is lost, neither the Centre nor NSEIT will be
responsible for Any such loss. Candidates are, therefore, advised either not to carry the aforementioned items
with them on the date of the examination or to make their own arrangement for keeping such items outside the
Examination Centre at their sole risk.
5) Possessing any electronic device such as mobile phone, Calculator, digital/smart watch of any kind or any electronic
equipment, etc. by the candidate inside the Examination Center will be considered as indulging in unfair means and
appropriate civil and/or criminal proceedings will be initiated against such candidate besides cancellation of his/her
candidature.

Instructions for understanding the Certification Exam:


1) The duration for ECMP Operator cum Supervisor examination would be 120 minutes and the duration for Child
Enrolment Lite Client Operator examination would be 50 minutes.
2) Candidate MUST read the Handbook for Ecosystem partners, Test Structure and Role wise Passing Percentage
available at https://uidai.gov.in/ecosystem/training-testing-certification-ecosystem.html for self study and understanding
the complete exam structure and syllabus.
3) Candidate MUST read and follow the Instruction Page displayed at the start of Certification Exam thoroughly.
4) Candidate MUST listen to all the instruction given by the Test Center Invigilator carefully during the exam and at the
time of final submission. Non-observance thereof shall result in disqualification / rejection of the candidature of defaulting
candidate(s).
5) Candidate MUST complete all the questions in each section and FEEDBACK before final submission of exam.
6) Candidate MUST reach at your assigned Test Centre at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time for the Exam. In
case of any delay, Candidate will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
7) Candidate can check the Certificate and Test Score your NSEIT Registered Account after 48 hours of the Exam.

Other Important Instructions :


1) Retest Fee is applicable only in case the candidate fails or is absent on the exam date.
2) After successful Certification, Candidate MUST contact the Enrollment Agency who had sponsored for their exam and
enroll themselves as Operators/Supervisors
3) UIDAI or NSEIT does not hire or engage any Certified Operator/Supervisor directly.

• I have / have not knowingly come in close contact (less than one meter) with a confirmed COVID-19 positive person for
more than 15 minutes. (Tick the correct option)
• I am not suffering from COVID-19 and am not under mandatory quarantine.
• I will wear a suitable/standard mask to cover my nose and mouth properly before entering the Examination Centre and
keep it on until I exit the Examination Centre.

The Examination Centre reserves the right to deny my entry into its premises if I do not meet any of the above
requirements.

I understand that furnishing of false information or suppression of factual information or not fulfilling of notified criteria as
well as violation of any instructions by me would lead to disqualification/rejection of my candidature.
