I. Title of the Training: Practical Strategies of Applied Behavior Analysis: responses to New
Normal

II. Insights gleaned from the Training:

The foundations and principles of behaviorism serve as the foundations and principles of
behavior analysis. Behaviorism is a school of thought in psychology that holds that all
behaviors are the result of conditioning processes. It is concerned with determining how
associations, reinforcement, and punishment can be used to influence human behavior. It is
simply the process of manipulating the environment to increase behavior, teach skills, and
decrease maladaptive behaviors in order to improve the clients' lives.

Furthermore, it can assist both adults and children in managing behaviors that have a wide
range of consequences, such as interactions with authority, friends, and family members. It is
frequently used to replace problematic behaviors with alternative, appropriate behaviors,
allowing the individual to function better in their environment.

Behavior analysts use strategies such as shaping, reinforcement, chaining, and prompting
to help people change their behaviors and learn new skills. Behavior analysts can help
individuals and families improve their quality of life by applying the principles of learning
theory.
