Letter Request to the Barangay Chairman

Dear Barangay Chairman Roldan:

The undersigned intends to conduct advocacy and campaign for Alternative Learning
System (ALS) on July 7, 2022 at 9 O’clock in the morning at Barangay Hall Mahayag, Placer,
Masbate, purposely to encourage the out-of-school youth and adult to enrol in any program of
ALS. Furthermore, this advocacy campaign aims at eradicating illiteracy in the countryside.

In view hereof, the undersigned would like to request that she will be allowed to
conduct the said campaign in your barangay on the said date specified above.
