INFORMATION

The undersigned City Prosecutor accuses ARDBERT G. MATEO,

single, of legal age, and a resident of 51-B, Sophrosyn Street, Polyleritae
Subvdivision, Angeles, Pampanga of the crime of offending religious belief,
defined and penalized under Art. 133 of the Revised Penal Code, committed
as follows:

That on or about the 19th day of June, 2022, in

Angeles City, Pampanga and within the
jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said
accused, who is known to and is a regular
parishioner of Holy Spirit Parish located at 254
Astoria Ave, Barangay Ninoy Aquino, Marisol,
Angeles City, Pampanga, did then and there
willfully, unlawfully and feloniously, with intent to
hurt the feelings of the faithful, and directed
 against religious tenet, kissed another man in full
view of all churchgoers, during the peace offering
part of the holy eucharist celebrated by Reverend
Father Thordan Manabat. Such act was committed
in grave profanation of the place, in open disregard
and notoriously offensive to the religious feelings
of the Catholics of this City.
