Dear Mr. Sukhveer Singh Rawat,

We are pleased to offer you the position of QUALITY MANAGER in our DPC
DIAGNOSTICS based at DEHRADUN, UTTARAKHAND.
As discussed and agreed with you, you will be eligible to receive the following beginning
on your joining date:

 Salary: Annual gross starting salary will be as per discussion with you subject to
tax and other statutory deductions
 Your working time will be from 8 A.M to 8 P.M, every day except one mandatory
holiday in a week & Govt. Holidays as per Norms.

Please submit the following documents at the time of your joining: (1) photocopies of
your degree certificates, (2) certifications, if any, (3) experience/ relieving letters (4)
two color passport-size photos, (5) proof of address.

Your Job description in our organization will be:

 To ensure operational efficiency and Quality System Management of the laboratory.

 To appoint staff members as and when needed and laying down their job descriptions.
 To develop, implement and maintain the quality system in accordance with ISO 15189 &
NABL 112.
 To initiate and overview internal quality checks & external quality assessments in close
consultation with Lab. Director.
 To review the documentation and bring amendments where necessary, based on the
feedback and written request from Lab. Director or Quality System personnel.
 To handle investigation records and customer complaints as well as non-conformities
detected during the testing.
 To initiate the necessary corrective actions in consultation with Lab. Director and
Sectional Heads.
 To conduct internal audit of the quality systems.
 To initiate preventive actions and steps for continual improvement in consultation with
Lab Director.
