It is with great interest and anticipation that I want to apply as Teacher in St. Paul
University Surigao my experiences and capabilities will greatly contribute to the educational
program of the said institution.

I am JHERIYLL L. LESACA, 23 years of age, single and a resident of Barangay Cantiasay

Surigao City. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education Major in Filipino
last May 24, 2019 at Surigao State College of Technology-Main Campus with 87% General
Average. Through God's will and grace, a great blessing came, I passed the Board Licensure
Examination for Teacher (BLEPT) last January 30, 2022 at Butuan City and got 80% rating.

I believe that with all the knowledge and skills I gained through out the years that I
spent being a student observer until I undergone my practice teaching journey at Capalayan
National High School, will help me become a productive and effective teacher. From these
experiences I think I am ready to take the responsibility of a teacher in molding the learning
ability of a students because I strongly believe that education enlightens the mind and soul of
every students to achieve a brighter future by the assistance of a supportive and equipped
teacher in which we tend to create a conductive environment for the greater good.

I think it would be a great privilege if given a chance to be in your institution to

develop myself and share my teaching experiences for me to continually grow as young
