B Happy cosmetics is a start- up, founded by industry expert, aiming to bring affordable luxury cosmetics to
the market. We just launched our brand- G.G.G ( www.gggcos.com) We are looking for candidates who is
working with passion, honest & eager to build global standard cosmetics brands.
Job description
Plan and execute launch plan ( 4Ps, rating & review, animation, SEO/SEM, CRM,…) in E-
com based on deep understanding of shopper insight
Own and continuously optimize E-com marketing plan and provide Ecommerce tactics to
up lift sell out, on site visibility.
Optimize & Maximize usage of tools from e-commerce platform to increase brand’s sales
performance
Measure and report performance of all ecommerce campaigns, and assess against goals
(ROI and KPIs) including content, media, customer reaction, CRM…
Plan & execute brand campaign/ thematic campaign in e-com platforms ( ex: brand launch,
super brand day, 0909, 1111, 1212 )
Work with internal team (design, mktg ) & E-com partners to ensure best store-builder in
E-com platforms.
Construct digital reports weekly, monthly and quarterly to give appropriate actions &
recommendations to up-lift performance
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption where
appropriate.
Keep update and analysis shopper understanding from Seller Center, Customer, internal
online research….
Keep update consumers insight & market trend to provide ideas for product development
Requirement
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools- planning, executing & analysis.
