DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Sale of Motor Vehicle made and executed this 2nd day of April 2014, by and
between:

MARIBETH G. LEGADO, married to NELSON LEGADO, Filipino, of legal age, a resident of 2318
Leyte St. Singalong Manila, hereinafter referred to as the “VENDOR”, and MILAN B. GREJALDE a
resident of 578 Konting Ilog Silang Cavite hereinafter referred to as the “VENDEE”.

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is selling on an “as where is” basis a second hand vehicle described as
follows:
MAKE : Suzuki Plate No. : 5428TG
SERIES : Raider-J Pro TYPE : Motorcycle
MOTOR No. : E469-111667 SERIAL/CHASIS : BE4EB-111667

WHEREAS, the VENDOR agreed to sell, and the VENDEE agreed to buy, the Vendor’s rights,
interest and title to the Motor Vehicle;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the amount FIFTEEN
THOUSAND PESOS (Php 15,000.00) payment of which is hereby acknowledged, the Vendor does hereby
sell, transfer, assign and convey to the Vendee all of her rights, title and interest over the Motor Vehicle.

The VENDOR hereby warrants that the Motor Vehicle is free from liens and
encumbrances and will defend the title and rights of the VENDEE from any claims of whatsoever kind or
nature from third persons.

The VENDEE acknowledges that it has fully inspected the Motor Vehicle and has purchased the
same in an “as is where is” basis.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto see their hands and affixed their signatures
on the day and at the place first above written.
