Luminous Technologies Private Limited, (hereinafter referred
to as “Luminous”), shall, at its sole discretion, repair or replace
products of Tierra, Vivace & Zolio range of wiring devices, if the
products are found to be defective, solely as a result of faulty
material and/or workmanship according to terms and
conditions mentioned below.
• • The guarantee ensures that Luminous will replace any
faulty Tierra, Vivace & Zolio product with the prevalent/
existing design of product and accessories prevailing at
that point of time, basis its discretion.
• • The guarantee holds true for 10 years from the month of
manufacturing in the case of electro-mechanical wiring
device products (Tierra, Vivace & Zolio) and 2 years from
month of manufacturing for all mains related electronic beauty of technology

products (Tierra, Vivace & Zolio) (dimmers, fan regulators,

motor starters, LED indicators and data &
telecommunication modules)
• • This guarantee does not include luminous mounting boxes.
The guarantee defines entire liability of Luminous & does
not cover any sort of payment towards consequential loss
or damage, or any re-installation costs arising from the
defective products.
• • Luminous reserves the right to change/improve the design
of its products, without prior notice.
• • This guarantee for above Tierra, Vivace & Zolio wiring
devices products shall be rendered null & void in case of
the following:
a. If the original Luminous mounting boxes have not been
used to mount the Plates & accessories.
b. If any attempt has been made to rectify, dismantle,
tamper or alter the product by any third party vendor or
by the Customer himself.
c. If the products are not installed as per the appropriate
design specifications
d. In case the consumer doesn't keep a valid copy of bill/
receipt of purchase
• • Disputes if any will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of
courts at Delhi.
