SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. All students are required to be clean, neat, orderly, honest, courteous, respectful, punctual, obedient, and
regular in attendance.
2. No students are allowed to loiter in the stores fronting or beside the school premises during class hours.
3. No students are allowed to enter the class with the following conditions:
a. Wearing improper school attire (wearing of slippers, shorts, sexy blouses, sandos, miniskirts, crop tops,
over tattered jeans and the like);
b. Without face mask;
c. Without improper hair grooming; and
d. Without excuse letter duly signed by the Parents/Guardian after absence from class
4. Using of cellphone is prohibited during class hours except when used as instructional material and can be used
for personal purposes during break time. Anyone caught for the offense is punishable by the following:
a. 1st Offense – parents will be called in the guidance office.
b. 2nd Offense – cellphone is confiscated and will be returned to the owner at the end of the school year.
5. Students aging below 18 years old and or aging above 18 years old who are driving without license are not
allowed by the school administration to drive motorcycles and other motorizes vehicles. Parents will be
responsible for the consequences.
6. Boys who wear earrings and girls who wear more than one (1) pair of earrings are strongly discouraged inside
the school premises.
7. The following are offenses punishable by SUSPENSION or EXPULSION depending on the seriousness of the
offenses:
a. Gross misconduct
b. Cutting classes
c. Cheating or stealing personal belongings and Government properties
d. Assaulting a teacher or any school authorities or his agency or students
e. Smoking inside the school premises
f. Vandalism, writing on or destroying school properties
g. Gambling of any sort
h. Drinking intoxicants or liquor
i. Carrying and concealing of deadly weapons
j. Extortions or asking from others
k. Fighting or causing injury to others
l. Using, selling, and scaling of prohibited drugs
m. Hazing in any or of manner whether inside or outside of school premises
n. Immorality or sexual harassment
o. Instigating, leading or participating in concerted activities leading to stoppage of classes
p. Forging or tampering of school record or transfer forms
q. Preventing, threatening students or teacher or school authorities from discharging duties
r. Involvement of fraternities or sororities,
s. Jumping over the fence, and
t. Posting pointless content on social media sites that might be damaging to someone's morals
