* Daily Safety inspection of work place to identify any catastrophic unsafe condition. * Giving Safety Induction training to new workmen joining organization. + Ensuring ZERO accident at work place. = Ensuring 100% PPEs Implementation at work place. * Ensuring 100% all equipment, tool & tackles safe for use. * Conducting safety audits on monthly basis. = PDCA (plan-do-check-act) for accident reduction and implement to preserve recurrence. * Organizing training program for workmen on fire drill, emergency evacuation hazards identification, hazards Reporting procedure. * Conducting the weekly and monthly HSE meetings with the contractors. * Reviewing method statement and its corresponding risk assessment. * Maintaining all safety related records and filing on monthly basis. * Conducting incident investigation, study of root cause and promoting safety. * Attending and coordination HSE management meeting. * Representing HSE department at all managements internally and extemally * Giving awareness and accident prevention measures to secure a safe working environment. Ensuring control of sub-contractors through appropriate guidelines & WMS system. * Informing immediately the higher management regarding any serious incident. * Participate HSE Assurance on a leading role to prepare and maintain required documentation for HSE Assurance Program. * Collecting and analyzing daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports and advising preventive action where required and follow up. * Ensure all Personnel safety training, PTW, Fire & Safety Watches are complete and necessary valid certificates are available at site. * Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems. * Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.
