Detail of epoxy floor finishes for M&E area for your perusal.

3 testing on different grades of anti-slip epoxy coating:

Type 1: Primer + FC150 (Smooth surface)
Type 2: Primer with added fine aggregates (F5) + FC150 (Semi-rough surface)
Type 3: Primer with added medium aggregates (F4) + FC150 (Rough surface)

The anti-slip epoxy coating shall be applied to M&E rooms and common corridors.

Usage of Type:
Type 1 to be applied to plinths to receive M&E equipment where there is no human movement.
Type 2 to be applied to common corridors (excluding ramp areas) and M&E rooms
Type 3 to be applied to ramps at 1st storey

Color:
RAL 7035 – Light Grey

Waterproofing for all wet area.
