Week 01 - Marketing

As a marketer, you need to be able to lead a team of graphic designers and content
writers to establish a plan and stick to it for ensuring product’s success. Considering
you understand that, a startup based in Lahore has decided to hire you to launch
their product.

Problem:
Buying a property is very difficult in Pakistan. To assist in this regard, a group of
students have decided to create a startup that allows users to pool their money and
buy real-estate in a tokenised model. You can buy, sell, and trade shared of the
property as needed. In fact, you can start investing in real estate from only Rs. 100!

However, there are 4 major problems with this idea.

Your brand lacks credibility since it’s being run by some students.

You don’t have any capital available for paid advertisements or endorsements.

You need to have at least 10k users on the sign up waitlist to raise investment.

Your brand language is too complicated.

As a Marketing Intern, it is now your job to resolve all these issues. To get started,
you need to create the following things.

A refined set of KPIs and objectives that you will use to evaluate your marketing
campaign for this business model. KPIs and objectives must be reasonable.

An actionable plan in terms of social media outreach and writing that will help
you get 10k users in your waitlist. Estimate the feasibility of this milestone.
Evaluate the time needed and projects based on assumed data metrics. An
estimate of the Total Addressable Market and Lifetime User Revenue.

An actionable plan in terms of website content that will help them rise in the
Google Search. If possible, share the specific terms and keywords on which the
website should rank.

 Explore the possible tangents or derivates this business model can take to
increase its consumer base and target a larger Total Addressable Market.

For final submission, compile the items into a report and submit it on the specified
