Job Profile

➢ Knowledgeable in operating the CFBC, AFBC, HRSG, WHRB,Travelling Grate, Gas

Turbines, Steam Turbines, system on a shift basis which includes safe Start up and
Shutdown of Plant.
➢ Operation knowledge in Mark VIe , Honeywell, Siemens, Yokogawa, , Fuji DCS
➢ Having experience of Gas turbine, HRSG, Steam turbine emergencies like Black out,
boiler and turbine trip activities.
➢ Having operation knowledge of 505- Woodward governing system.
➢ Involved in Commissioning activities of Boilers, Steam Turbines and auxiliaries as per
standard requirements.
➢ Preparing Shift process review and event logging
➢ Monitoring schedules and co-ordination with maintenance department for day-to –day
maintenance.
➢ Follow up and implementation of safety shutdown of individual equipments on a planned
basis and issuing of safety permit to work.
➢ Reporting any variance in the process parameters to the respective department and
analyzing its root cause.
➢ Checking of starting permissive and trip logic of Plant.
➢ Analyzing and implementing corrective measures if any.
➢ During normal plant running condition, checking of auxiliary equipment’s (viz. Pump,
Fans, Compressor etc,) whichever is in service as well as standby for ensuring
equipments availability.
➢ Changeover the auxiliary equipments from service one to standby as per schedule to
ensure uniform wear and tear.
➢ Operation Knowledge in Water Treatment Plant and its process.
