I. Introduction

Leadership is crucial for the sustainable development of an enterprise since leaders are in charge

of developing talent, creating greater efficiencies, and pushing innovation through an

organization.

II. Body

Paragraph A: Leaders are responsible for developing talent because they play an

important role in running the company culture.

1. Creates an environment for employees

a. To grow

b. To seize opportunities to express themselves

2. A communicator for his employees

a. Help strengthen the bond between leaders and employees

b. Help employees feel valued and more motivated

3. Human-capital: the most important resources

a. Ensure company always has outstanding capabilities people

b. Can take on difficult jobs and create high efficiency

Paragraph B: Leaders have an important role to play in promoting higher efficiencies at

work.

1. Set priorities

a. To distinguish between what is important and what is urgent

b. Not to let the work be overloaded and lose control

2. Manage time to perform tasks

a. to record what we must do

b. making a time commitment to the things we want to do.

3. Delegate to employees and review daily work

a. identifying tasks and selecting the appropriate person(s) to do them

b. decide what we will do differently tomorrow to accomplish what we

need to.

Paragraph C: Nowadays, leaders have an important responsibility to promote

innovation.

1. Good leaders or positive leaders create and share a positive vision.

a. Ensure their employees will not lose their confidence

b. Help them to persevere in turning new ideas into reality

2. Leaders have an important role to play in acknowledging and rewarding

innovation.
