Subject : Application for lodging First Information Report against the officials of Hira Singh Sobti &
Associates Pvt. Ltd. for the illegal and criminal activities done by them.

Sir,
This application is with reference to the fraudulent, illegal and criminal activities committed by the
ofiicials of Hira Singh Sobti & Associates Pvt. Ltd. Through the instant application the applicant wants
to draw the attention of your good-selves about the fraudulent trade practices adopted by the officials of
the aforesaid erring company in a organised way as they belong to as well as supported by land mafia
groups nefariously active in Bareilly, Uttar Padesh and New Delhi NCR. Also, this includes amongst
others, pecuniary losses suffered by the applicant for the illegal and fraudulent actions done by Mr.
------------------& Mr. ---------------- all working and operating in connivance to cause illegal enrichment
to themselves by cheating the applicant against the agreed terms and conditions for construction of
house on plot no. 80 Golden Green Park, Bilaspur Road, Bareilly. The facts of the occurrence with
regards to the aforesaid event is being ennumerated here-under:

1- That I had purchased the aforesaid plot no. 80 Golden Green Park, Bilaspur Road, Bareilly from
Hira Singh Sobti & Associates Pvt. Ltd. and executed a Sale Deed dated 21.10.2005 due the fact that , I
wished to reside in Bareilly in the same house. Also the contract for construction of the house on the
aforesaid plot was also handed over to the same above-noted company. The entire project for
construction was handed over to Hira Singh Sobti & Associates Pvt. Ltd. and as agreed I, had already
made a payment of Rs. 11,30,546.00 only which had already been received by the erring company.

2- That in the meantime with ulterior motives and with an intention to defraud and deceive and also
after receiving the entire amount for the construction of the house, Hira Singh Sobti & Associates Pvt.
Ltd. to failed give me the vacant possession of the house constructed on the aforesaid plot which was
against the terms and conditions of the contractual liabilities that the company had to fulfil.
3- That the ulterior motives and intentions are clear from the fact that Hira Singh Sobti & Associates
Pvt. Ltd. have till January 2011 failed to settle any accounts for the dues pertaining to which I, had
already made the entire payment. Hence being perturbed and disappointed with the attitude of the
owners and officials of Hira Singh Sobti & Associates Pvt. Ltd. I got registered a consumer complaint
against them before the SCDRC, Lucknow so as to call upon them to discharge there liability of
constructing and providing the possession of the house constructed on the aforesaid plot no. 80 Golden
Green Park, Bilaspur Road, Bareilly at the earliest.
