PROJECT : HOTEL (P-1)

The Designer has to design the interior layout of an Hotel based in metro city. Design the
preliminary floor plan based on your unique concept/theme.

The Layout should also emphasize employee efficiency and logical customer traffic flow.

The lobby must function as the hotel's "front office,"and also as an important transition space.

The designer needs to design theme based restaurant, as it gets access to customers seeking a
unique dining experience, as the restaurant serves both hotel guests and local clientele.

Requirements:

Hotel lobby:
Reception counter
Lobby seating,-for both individuals and small groups
Rest rooms - for gents and ladies.
Admin area with Seating for staff -2persons
Managers cabin

Restaurant:
Cash counter
Service counter
Sitting for dining: 30 to 40 persons
Bar counter with seating for 6-8persons(*optional)

Kitchen :
Preparation & Service counters, Refrigerator, segregated storage for vegetarian and non-
vegetarian food, tiled walls and non-slippery floor. Separate garbage for wet and dry waste and
washing area (separate sinks for washing vegetables and utensils).

Note:
 Adequate storages to be provided as per the requirements
 Clear access to stairs, elevators, or escalators to be provided
 No structural changes to be done
