Ref: 471+ Board meeting on 29.5.2015 29 May 2015 1, Management is pleased to announce that the designations of officers are modified to motivate them to continue to put in their best efforts and contribute more to catty the Company forward during the challenging times it is passing through. Apart from the above, the following changes in designations are made in Marketing Division: @ ‘The Area Offices of Marketing Division are renamed as State Offices such as Kerala State Office, Karnataka State Office etc. and Area Managets in VIEG are re-designated as Deputy General Manager (Kerala State), Deputy General Manager (Karnataka State) etc. 1 of 2 pagesGi) ‘The Regional Offices of Marketing Division will be renamed as Zonal Offices and Senior Regional Managers in IVE4 are re-designated as Zonal Managers. Gi) The Chief Diswibution Manager in VIEG in Marketing Division is re- designated as Deputy General Manager (Logistics). In case the above posts at (),(ii) and or (ii) are operated at lower level, the designation will be as per the grade applicable as per the table above, with suitable suffix (State name/Zone name/ Logistics) 3. Personal Secretary is redesignated as Executive Secretary with respective pre-fix in the case of Junior/Senior Personal Secretary. 4, The designation of Company Secretary is retained as such considering statutory requirement. 5. CMD will be the competent authority for clarification/interpretation/ modification of designation of any post within the above structure. 6. The change will be effective from 29/5/2015, the date of Board approval Individual orders with revised designations will be issued separately. 7. The above changes in designations are made without any financial benefits and without any change in duties and responsibilities.
