Arrival 14th August 2022 8.00 A.M.

Note: Details of rounds and other instructions shall be provided in players meet.
 CLASSICAL TOURNAMENT OF RULES SYSTEM OF PLAY: The tournament will be conducted as per
latest FIDE laws of chess & FIDE Swiss System with 9 round.
Time Control : 30 Minutes with 30 Second increment from move 1.

TIE BREAK:
In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come to effect. The cash prize however will not be shared and one player will
be eligible for one higher prize only.
PROTESTS:
Protests if any against the chief Arbiter, should be made in writing with protest fee of Rs.1000/- within 15 minuts
of occurrence on incidence.
The fee amount shall be refunded if the appeal is upheld and if not then protest fee shall be fore-fitted
ACCOMMODATION:
.MLA Hostel Accommodation will be provided on triple sharing basis for Rs. 1000/- per person
from 13th August, Evening to 16th August, Evening to those who confirm the entries by 10th August.
MLA Hostel, Civil Lines, Nagpur.
NOTE :
Right of admission to the tournament is reserved with the organizer. The organizer may refuse the entry to any player
without assigning any reason.
Mobile phone & all type wrist watches are not allowed during the games.
The Details of rounds Shall be decided during the players meet.
