Letter of Recommendation

Deepak (Danny Singh-Deepak has been a student in the most recent graduate level course in Individual
and Performance Management (MHRM 6201) I teach at Walden University. He has been a delight to
teach. I first interacted with Deepak this past year. I was initially impressed with his delightful and
positive communicative style. He has maintained a consistent seriousness and proactive style during
the entire course in the Human Resources curriculum at Walden. He has shown a great interest and
passion for Human Resources. He has demonstrated a great regard for human resources in his weekly
assignments in spite of his relatively little experience in this area. I believe his personal motivation along
with his maturity can only prove to be a great asset for any academic graduate program.

Deepak has been one of my superior students. He has a pleasant character and was always a positive
influence in the classroom weekly conferences. He has a friendly and warm personality along with a high
achievement motive. He always made a conscience effort to consistently participate in all class sessions.
He has been punctual and timely in the completion of his assignments.

I think his organizational skills as reflected in his discussions and weekly assignments can only enhance
his ability to be successful in any graduate program or future assignments.

I believe academically, Deepak should do well in the pursuit of any study or assignment. I know he has
been received high grades in past Walden courses. He has always consistently achieved high grades in
his assignments and will receive an A for his consistent excellent work. I have appreciated Deepak
business perspective on issues in class discussions. He also had multiple perspectives on issues and was
able to interpret and present applications in a strategic and tactical manner. He has had a much more
systemic view than many of his other classmates. He also has made a conscious effort to make value-
added comments to the subjects discussed when other classmates did not participate (which I
appreciated). Deepak has high potential for success in study. He submits quality work and shows effort
to continuously improve. She is thorough in terms of assignment completion. He has great time
management skills and strong academic work habits. He also has an inquisitiveness about him that
should be helpful in problem solving pursuits. He is engaging and thought provoking as he attacks case
studies both in classroom discussions and written assignments on cases assigned with substantive
quality responses. I strongly recommend Deepak for graduate studies. His increased knowledge of
human resources, strong communication skills, overall academic ability, systemic thinking, caring
demeanor and pursuit of continuous improvement would make him a great asset to any academic
