PROTOCOL FOR DATA CAPTURING FOR BSID for Data capturing Centres

In the interest of safety of reportnn seafarers & others, followinn instructons are to be
followed by the Data capturinn Centres while dealinn with for BSID Data Capturinn:

1. To procure infrared thermometers, sanitier with hands-free dispenser.

2. Install transparent sheet/nlass on tables to make partton between the seafarer and
the data capturinn personnel for additonal protecton.

3. Procure and supply to Data capturing personnel face shield/face

mask and hand gloves to be used by them at all time while data
capturing and examination of document.
4. To ensure that the seafarer:
a. has ‘Arogya Setu’ App installed in his mobile and his health
status is shown as ‘SAFE’ in the app.
b. is wearing his Face Mask.
c. scanned with infrared thermometer and allow only when within
safe limits
d. sanitizes himself immediately after reporting in office premises
in the designated area with sanitizer provided by the office;
e. maintains protocols of social distancing at all the times in the
office premises.
f. removes face mask only at the time of bio-metric capturing;
g. leaves the center immediately after the work is done.
