In connection with the above references, you are hereby directed to post the new revised BFP Citizen's Charter in accordance with RA 11032 (client perspective) in all BFP Offices/Stations. The printing and production of which shall be procured by the BFP Regional Offices for distribution to the BFP Local Offices/Stations, 3. Also, the BFP Citizen’s Charter shall conform to the following specifications: a. Size: 3ft x 6ft b. Material: Tarpaulin with stand (refer to sample illustration Annex Ato C): and c. Font Size: Refer to Annex D. 4. Soft copy of the file will be sent thru e-mail to all Regional Offices by the office of the Fire Safety Enforcement Division.
