Pinky Promise

Plot:

Once upon a time, there were two childhood friends playing together on a beautiful day namely
Sarah and Clark. As the sun goes by, Clark’s nanny comes to find him to go home. Before Clark
goes to his nanny, Sarah invites him to her birthday party the next day and she will be waiting
for him. Clark promises her that he will come and they make a pinky promise. Clark was unable
to come to her birthday party and the two fought. Never did Sarah know Clark was suffering
from something. After she learned that he was cursed by the witch, she tries to undo it to be
able to laugh again with him and try to be understanding.

Individual vs Self

Story:

Once upon a time, there were two childhood friends playing together on a beautiful day
namely Sarah and Clark. As the sun goes by, Clark’s nanny comes to find him to go home.
Before Clark goes to his nanny, Sarah invites him to her birthday party the next day and she will
be waiting for him. Clark promises her that he will come and they make a pinky promise. After
that, they wave goodbye to each other. The next day, it was Sarah’s birthday. She was very
excited and waited for Clark to come as soon as she woke up. However, he did not come. Sarah
was very sad and hurt by the broken promise made by him and her. Seeing she was very sad,
Sarah’s parents cheered her up and she felt better but it did not change the fact that she was
very hurt and angry by his actions.

The next day, Clark came to apologize and try to explain. But Sarah closed her heart and
ignored Clark. Clark did not try further seeing she was very upset. The next day, she was ready
to make up with Clark when he comes and apologize again. However, again, he did not come.
Day after day after day, Sarah waited all day to the point she was very bored, angry and tired of
all waiting. She decided to go over to his house angrily and made him realize what he had done.
 When she came to Clark’s house she barged into his room however, she found out that
Clark had been sick and unconscious for days because of the witch’s curse. The witch loves
Clark’s father but Clark’s father can’t accept her love because he has feelings for another
woman which was Clark’s mother. The witch put a curse on their child for revenge. The curse
was as the child grows up he will be weaker and weaker until he can’t open his eyes anymore.

As Sarah heard the story, she remembered his sad face that he had something to say
but she did not hear him. She felt very sad and guilty about what she had done. When she
arrived at her home, she immediately searched for a cure and how to undo the witch's curse.
She spent days researching their library until she encountered a book that tells about witches.
Sarah’s mother came by and noticed Sarah became interested in the book. Then her mother
invites her to her secret room. Sarah finds out that her mother was also a witch and she knows
how to undo a witch’s curse. She studies hard in order to make a potion to cure Clark. She then
spends sleepless nights and fails several times until she finally completes the potion. After she
completed it, she went right away to Clark’s.

They made Clark drink the potion and Sarah started praying in her heart that the potion
was a success and cure Clark. She wanted to play and laugh with him again. She also wanted
to apologize that she did not understand him and promised to cherish their friendship. While she
was praying, Clark opened his eyes. Clark’s parents were surprised at the outcome of Sarah’s
potions and happy that their son woke up. Sarah was also happy and hugged Clark saying sorry
to him. Clark also apologizes to her that he kept it a secret from her. They forgive each other
and they pinky promise to cherish their friendship.
