OFFER OF PROVISIONAL APPOINTMENT

With reference to your application for employment and the subsequent interview with the board and management of
Fame and Fortune Academy , International.

We are pleased to offer you a provisional appointment under the following terms and conditional stated below:

(i)POSITION: .....Classroom ...teacher........................

(ii) COMMENCEMENT: ..5th September ..2017........................

(iii) OBLIGATION: delivery of lesson effectively and writing of lesson notes. To ensure that the school is not littered
before, during and after school.

In addition to the above, you are excepted to carry out all lawful instructions and assignment that may assigned to you
by the Executive Director and the school management and any other principal officer(s) of the school.

(iv) EMOLUMENT: You will be on an annual gross salary of ....50,000 Niara......amount in word: ...fifty thousand
Naira........per each calendar month

(v) PROBATION: You will be on probation for a period of three months(3) after which your appointment may be
confirmed based on merit.

(VI) TERMINATION: This appointment may be terminated by either party by giving three (3) months notice or one month
salary in lieu of notice. If the above offer is acceptable to you, kindly indicate by signing on the duplicate copy of this
letter and return to the Executive Director with the following:

(a) Two passport photography

(b) A letter from one of your guarantors who must have a verifiable address
(c) A copy of your curriculum vitae
(d) Photocopies of your credentials
(e) Photocopy of your national identification number
(f) Report at work 7.00am during working days .
