Respected Sir,

I am C.Prasad, Assistant Professor in the Dept. of ECE .I’m writing this letter
to inform you that I am resigning from the post of Assistant Professor. It was wonderful
working with the staff members and learning different skills and teaching concepts. All the
staff members and students were very supportive and helped me in many of my sessions and i
thankful to their support and friendship throughout my experience. I am also thankful to the
HOD, Principal and Chairman who allowed me to contribute towards the co curricular
activities and thanks to their guidance and support. When I joined, management told me to
notify us 2 months before resigning the job. So based on their notice period I’m giving my
resignation today (i.e.2 Months from now).So kindly accept my resignation sir and permit to
give all my original certificates, Relieving letter, Experience Certificate and salary certificate.
