 Make a personal commitment to a lifetime of purity including sexual abstinence
before getting married and to love authentically and responsibly.

I am making a commitment to our Creator, myself, my family, my friends, my future husband, and my future
children that I will abstain from any kind of sexual activity or sexual abstinence from this day until the day I
enter a Biblical marriage. I will keep my thoughts and my body pure as I trust God's on His plan for my life. I
will always hold in God's words that "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not
proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of
wrongs" Corinthians 13:4-5. It means that true love will wait and you do not need it to be rushed. I will trust
God in all my heart because I know God will give me the right person at the right time so I will not waste my
time searching and wishing for the person instantly. Moreover, if the right time comes I will love responsible
like respecting each other, being faithful, and putting God in the center of our relationships because the
most authentic thing about relationships is the capacity to create, endure, overcome, and to be greater than
your sufferings and build a healthy foundation through the guidance of our Lord. I am making this
commitment because I know it is for my own good as a child and servant of our Almighty God.
