Story 5
A wrong decision

Dan has been working as a publicist for more than 2 years; he had more accomplishments than you can count
but he has been getting impatient as he didn’t get a promotion yet. He asked his manager" am I doing
something wrong?" Michael replied" Dan I'll be frank, you're proactive and have all the competence needed
to move forward but sometimes you can be a bit strange and you always give people a poker face." Dan began
to shout loudly." How can you say this to me? You're being unreasonable! How can you continually appoint
people with no charisma and say I'm not good enough." Michael interrupted him and said that if he didn’t stop
and work on his behavioral problems there'll be some serious consequences. "Like what?" Dan said, "A
deduction from my salary?" This company sucks anyway, I'll leave." When Dan walked out from the entrance
of the company he had no backup plan. He just stayed home wishing he could change what he had done.
