Participants’ Description

Activity Description: This Virtual Kamustahan is conducted to know the concerns and
queries of the students of Grade 11-Juliet on WHLPs, Attendance, Written Works and other
matters.

1. Submission of Birth Certificate (PSA) and Grade 10 Card.


Objectives: 2. Remind the parents and students about their chosen modalities and
the use of weekly home learning plan.
3. Identify the common problems that the parents and learners
experience for the past few weeks.
4. Present the calendar of activities of Q1 of SY 2021-2022.
5. Strictly practice health protocols.

Walkthrough of the Kamustahan Agenda.


Highlights: Reassures the importance of practicing health protocols in the new
normal.
Building good relationship in between the Parents/ Students and
Teacher for the attainment of goal of the new normal condition in
Learning deliveries for the students.

Give reminders to and solicit feedback from students in terms of


Results/ Attendance, WHLPs, Written Works and other matters:
Achievement Attendance: Regardless of learning modality, everyone is required to see
posts and announcements via group chat (messenger). Modular-printed

hard copies and be submitted to the school on November 5,
2021 (regardless of modality

Feedback 1. Majority have positive observation and reaction on the learning activity

6. Still students failed to attend the orientation due to some reasons such
as, Conflict of Sched due to Work, No Internet Connection, Slow
Connectivity and others.
7. Some of the parents agreed to create a group chat for parents
to be able them to monitor their child’s progress.
8. They are willing to cooperate to help their child.
9. One parent asked if MNHS-SHS offered a pure online modality
but understand that it is not possible since majority of STEM
students chose modular printed.

the essence of education as the big pictures waits for them.
