AFFIDAVIT

I, Arundhati Dattatray Narkar aged 78 years, adult of Indian


inhabitant, residing at 50/2 Anand Bhuvan 201 T H katria marg opp
RBI Quaters Mahim Mumbai 400016, do hereby state and declare on
solemn affirmation as under:-
(1) I say that my husband, late Mr. Dattatray Narkar , was an
owner of flat no. 50/2 Anand Bhuvan 201 T H katria marg
opp RBI Quaters Mahim Mumbai 400016 (Hereinafter
referred to as “the said flat” for the sake of brevity).
(2) I say that my husband, Mr. Dattatray Narkar dies intestate at
Mumbai on th August 2022 leaving behind my son, Mr.
Suhas Dattatray Narkar as his only heirs. Mr. Suhas Dattatray
Narkar is duly nominated by me as nominee in respect of the
said flat and shares.

(3) I say that with my own desires to grant entire share being
100% of the undivided right, title and interest in and to the
said premises to the Mr. Suhas Dattatray Narkar & The Mr.
Mr. Suhas Dattatray Narkar has agreed to accept the same as
is evident by his executing these presents..

(4) I further say that I have NO OBJECTION of any kind, if


the said flat and the shares are transferred by the Landlord
Shekhar shetty Shagun Hospitility pvt Ltd favour of Mr.
Suhas Dattatray Narkar.

(5) I state and submit that I shall not claim any right, title or
interest in the said flat and the shares, now or in future. I have
already released our rights in respect of the said flat and shares in
favour of my Son, Mr Suhas Dattatray Narkar.. I state that we
have willingly, voluntarily and without any influence on our mind
have transferred, relinquished and surrendered all our rights, title
and interest in respect of the above said flat and share in favour of
my son, Mr.Suhas Dattatray Narkar..

(6) I am making this Affidavit to submit the same to the Landlord


Shekhar Shetty on their registered office address Shagun
Hospitility Pvt Ltd, B 251 Grand Paradi Kemps Corner Mumbai
400036 for the purpose of recording the NO OBJECTION in
connection with the transfer of the above referred flat and the shares
in the name of Mr. Suhas Dattatray Narkar, and I hereby indemnify
the Landlord Shekhar Shetty and all its concerned office bearers
and members who will make the transfer based on this affidavit.

(7) I say that whatever is stated hereinabove is true to the best of


my knowledge and ability and I believe the same to be true.
