impediments  that  we  know  of;  
 
                                 That  we  bind  ourselves  to  answer  for  any  legal  consequences  if  there  is  
legal  impediments;  
 
                                   That  we  are  executing  this  affidavit  to  attest  to  attest  to  the  truth  of  the  
foregoing  facts  in  support  of  our  desire  to  be  married  under  Section  1  Article  34  of  
the  Family  Code  of  the  Philippines  and  for  other  legal  purpose  it  might  serve.
