INTRODUCTION
If you are reading this book, I want to start off by saying thank you for
stepping into my world! For years it has been my mission to help people
change their lives. As someone who literally had to claw my way up from
nothing to the where I am today, I have a deep passion for helping others
make a plan for that growth and change without making the same mistakes
I did.

It’s getting harder and harder to stand out and gain influence online
because there is just so much noise in the industry. Fortunately, I have had
the opportunity to work with hundreds of students in different capacities and
have acquired a strategy for success that honestly leaves many people
baffled. I’ve been unafraid to “try something crazy” just to see if it works
and after years of refinement, those strategies same have helped my
students and clients finally achieve influencer status and make the change
they so desperately needed.

What I’m going to cover:

We live in a remarkable time where technology allows us to sort of speed
up the timeline of business growth, much of which can be done somewhat
organically. I am literally going to show you how I was able to build a 6-
figure business and become a digital marketing influencer, by using a
Facebook group with no paid traffic.

My goals for the book are to help you:

• Become an authority and stand out from your competition
• Become the go-to Influencer in the niche of your choice
• Increase your income and be chased by buyers
• Change people’s lives like never before

What you need to execute these strategies and become an influencer:

• A niche
• Fb profile = business profile
• Patience and consistency

I'm about to share my whole system with you. Normally this information
takes me 2 days of live instruction to cover and is only available to inner
circle students paying over $5000.

3
So, by the end of this book you will know how to become a highly paid
influencer that stands out in your niche. What’s even cooler is that you can
also take what I teach you, apply it to an offline business and dominate the
local niche wherever you live. It’s very, very powerful stuff. Are you ready?

Let’s go!

CHAPTER ONE
CREATING A GROWTH MINDSET
The most powerful free tool you have at your fingertips is your mindset.
Mindset is the thing that people hate to talk about the most. People want to
ignore this and jump into the cool tricks and strategies. Let me tell you
something; without a healthy influencer mindset, nothing I’ll teach you will
change anything in your life. 100%. I have coached so many students in
the last two and a half years. Those who “won” or became successful were
not necessarily the most skillful people but had the best mindset.

The really cool thing about mindset is that it is something you can develop.
It’s not easy, but it can be done and I’m going to talk briefly about how you
can do that.

What I want you to do today is completely dump everything you have in

your brain to the side and try to absorb the new mindset ideas that I'm
going to teach you. My mindset is the reason I continue to be successful
where others cannot. I want that for you as well, so we are going to correct
a few common beliefs that are negatively impacting your mindset.

Belief: I struggle staying consistent because they feel is if what I have to

isn't very interesting and it has been said before.

This is a chronic theme I see in this industry and it’s so easy to debunk.

Truth: Only focus on data, and nothing else. No one cares what you think.
They care what you can prove. Does the data show that what you have to
say isn't very interesting or do you just assume it’s true? If your data shows
that you can get a specific result, what you “think” becomes irrelevant. Stop
letting doubt be an excuse for your lack of progress.

Mindset is all about organizing information in your brain.

Belief: I always feel I need to know everything or be “perfect” before I

make my move to the next level.

Truth: Let me correct this with an interesting fact: I didn’t even finish high
school. I don’t have a complete or formal education. So, if I bought into the

Learn about the software that automates EVERYTHING you've read in this book -> Learn More 5
belief that I “need to know everything” in order to level up, I’d still be
cleaning for $1000 per month. But here we are.

There's no such thing as perfection. Perfection is for people who will never
actually make it. You cannot wait for anything to be perfect. All you have to
do is test it. Put the content out there and gather the data.

Belief: I don’t have enough proof.

Truth: You’re lacking action. Proof is definitely something that you need to
help you grow. But fortunately, it’s also something I'm going to teach you
how to acquire. Everyone has their own unique voice and people will love
what you teach! Put that belief away. The only thing that matters is that you
put yourself out there. Some people won't like you and you don't care about
those people. They aren’t your tribe.

Belief: You have to have fancy website, logo and other branding in place.

Truth: It don't matter. You likely got here to this book from a Facebook
post. There was no funnel, there was no video, there was no logo. Only
one post in my Facebook group. I know that I don’t need all that extra stuff
because I have data that proves I know what I’m talking about.

The bottom line is that people will like you because you put yourself out
there and gave them something that they resonated with. Your results do
carry some weight, but not nearly as much as who you are.

People like a great story. Why? Because they trigger the human emotion
and create a connection. It doesn’t matter how big your competition is. All
the matters is how you put yourself out there. If you’re scared about
something, then that's all in your head.

Over the next seven chapters, I’m going to give you all the tools you need
to create data driven results in your industry and will ultimately change how
you look at yourself and approach your business. Let’s get started.

CHAPTER 2
HERO’S JOURNEY (YOUR ORIGIN STORY)
The first thing we have to do is define your origin story, otherwise known as
the Hero’s Journey. Without a story, you will not become a big influencer. I
know it sounds a little cringy, but think about all the influencers you see
online, especially on Facebook or YouTube. All of them have a “rags to
riches” type of story.

They talk about how they used to live in a car, or be a cleaner or be

homeless and you know what? It triggers people. It literally makes them
stop in their tracks because they can identify with the fact that these
“influencers” were literally nobody at one time. It gives them hope that they
can bring about change in their life or business.

So, you need to figure out what is your story is. I’m not saying make
anything up; that’s a terrible idea. You really want to be honest as much as
possible, but you also want to paint the gravest picture of your struggle that
you can about your circumstances to make your come-up story really
impactful.

I want you to literally write (or type) out your struggle. Memorize it. Ingrain it
deep into your conscious so that when people as you where you came
from, you don’t have panic about how to best tell that story.

It’s so important to not only identify the struggle in detail, but to explain how
you came through that struggle and started to gain some success or
change. This is your hero’s journey.

My story begins when I moved from Israel to Canada. I left my whole family
for love. My, my wife is Canadian, and I came to Canada to be with her. I
didn't know anybody at all. Nobody wanted to give me to a job because
obviously I sucked at school. With English as my third language, I felt so
insecure. I didn't have any confidence and I literally had to build myself up
from nothing.

I worked as a cleaner. I worked as a driver. I worked at the bottom of the

bottom what it made me realize is that I really wanted to focus my time on
helping other people change their lives.

Learn about the software that automates EVERYTHING you've read in this book -> Learn More 7
So, I started down the path of becoming an internet marketer. I opened an
agency and I did very well. Then I started coaching and I did very well with
that. The story just continues up from there, but you get the idea. This is
how people connected with me as a human, and it’s how they will connect
with you too. Get crystal clear on what that is.

For example, Akbar Sheikh was one of my early mentors. I was either his
first or second coaching student. I saw him rise from nothing. He had had
some success in business just not online. Literally no one knew about this
guy, yet I became his student because he wrote one thing on ClickFunnels
that I resonated with and I was really hungry for somebody who would
teach me.

At that point I had $20,000 in the bank from some small success in internet
marketing and I paid him $10,000 of it to coach me. It was a really amazing
time. I was able to teach him about social media (much of what I’m
teaching you in this book) and he executed it on an insane level. And within
months, everybody knew who he was.

It was insane to watch it unfold. And if you follow him, you will see how
many times he mentions that he was homeless. While it was a long time
ago and he is doing so well now, he mentions it all the time because that's
what people resonate with.

When you become too big, people start to distance themselves from you.
So, I see a lot of people start acting like being really fancy, wearing suits,
and forgetting who they are. They do all of this because they think they
have to when in reality people resonate with the fact that you were (not
long ago), just like them.

Think about it. Nobody resonates with Tai Lopez. Do you understand what
I'm saying? He's very successful and people buy from him, but he also has
a load of money and is a marketing genius. No one identifies with that. You
don't want to be Tai Lopez when you are starting out; you don't want to be
that guy. You want to stay humble and let people know you haven’t
forgotten where you came from.

So, write your story. Paint the entire picture from the lowest point of
struggle to the height of your success.

CHAPTER 3
CREATE AN AUTHORITY BUILDING FB PROFILE
Now the next thing you want to do what I call “assume influence”. We’re
going to talk about how to optimize your Facebook profile in a way that
builds authority in your niche. The truth is that online people only care
about what they see. Remember that. This profile is their first impression.

The goal is that if a potential client lands on your page, they already believe
that you are an influencer. If they can’t tell that within a few seconds, they
will likely lose interest right away. You have to present who you are as
loudly as possible. That can be with social proof, pictures with celebrities or
at conferences, anything that points to you as someone they need to pay
attention to.

For example, when I started working with Åkbar Sheikh, everyone assumed
that he had thousands of clients before me when in reality, I was his first or
second client. It was all because of how he presented himself online.

So, let’s talk about a few ways you can optimize the profile to grab their
interest and draw them into your funnel.

If you want to become an influencer, you have to understand that the

moment you want to write content about your success, people will go to
research you. Everybody does it, get used to it. So many people are afraid
of strangers, or afraid of frauds online. You need to provide a way to
convince people that you’re worth listening to.

But before we dig in to the optimization, I have to mention that you need to
make sure your name is easy to find in a search. Don’t use punctuation or
add special nicknames or titles that can make it difficult to bring up in a
search.

Step 1: Optimize Your Facebook Profile Cover Photo

I'm going to be honest; if you are not utilizing your Facebook cover photo to
get users into your funnel, you’re wasting valuable real estate and
essentially, leaving money on the table. The cover image is the first thing
that people see. Harness it.

Take a look at mine as an example:

I use a really simple formula for creating a banner that draws your target
audience into your funnel.

1. Have an eye-catching photo that makes users stop in their tracks.

2. Call out your target audience specifically.
3. Tell them exactly what type of result they can expect from you.
4. Link them to your funnel.

So, on the cover photo, you do not want to waste it or some on some cool
picture from the beach or you are holding your wife, girlfriend, or husband.
You have to catch their attention right away because our goal is not to keep
them on our profile, it’s to move them to our assets. We want to get them in
our Facebook group, on our email list, or our Messenger Bot. Use this as
your billboard.

Step 2: Turn Your Profile Intro Into a CTA

Next, we want to customize your profile intro. You're going to call out your
target audience and drive them into your lead machine or funnel.

My lead machine is my website. Your lead machine can be whatever it you

want it to be, just make sure they can access it from here. I send people to
my website all the time because I know that once they’re on my website,
they’re in my world because I designed a funnel to do so. If they just stay
on your profile, it’s a waste of time.

Step 3: Use a Single Feature Image

On your profile Facebook gives you the option to select up to five feature
images. Only use one and put a call to action on that image that again,
drives them into your funnel.

Take a look at my feature image:

It doesn’t have to be fancy, you can make something simple using an

online software like Canva. The point is that everywhere people look on
your page, they see an opportunity to enter your funnel.

Up next, let’s dive into what that funnel should look like.

CHAPTER 4
BUILDING AN INFLUENCER FUNNEL
A crucial part of becoming an influencer is being able to take people from
your wall and filter them into your group, your funnel, your email list, your
podcast or whatever it is you are trying to grow. The flow happens because
your funnel (including your profile) is literally speaking their language.

For example, if you're talking to a coach or consultant, you should know,

that they struggle with getting clients. So, that's how you're going to
approach them; you let them know you can solve their specific problem.

Let’s use my old agency funnel as an example. It grew my email list by

about 10,000 without spending a dime. So, on my profile, I would link
people to a landing page that offers a cheat sheet. On that page, I show
them some actual results with testimonials and in exchange for the cheat
sheet, they give me their email. It works beautifully.

Something I strongly believe is that Facebook should be used as a
business tool and is a great platform for growth. I don’t utilize it for friends
and family. I connect with them in the real world or in other apps. That
being said, I see a lot of problems right now with Facebook. They’re getting
their asses kicked, so you want to make sure to take advantage of this
opportunity as long as it's here and free.

None of this needs to be super high-tech or fancy. I know this chapter is

fairly short but really, simplicity wins the race. Once you bring people into
your world, you want to start giving them stuff from the get-go, okay? You
want to send them to send them a little gift, video series, cheat sheet,
whatever it is that helps them solve a problem or pain point. Okay?

Now that we have gone over the profile and how to funnel people into your
world, let’s work on getting those people to trust you enough to spend
money with you.

food. Trust me when I say you will want those “before fame” moments
saved. Don’t rely on your phone or social profiles to house them.

Other information you want documented is earnings and income data, proof
of client results, lifestyle photos, photos from your group and with your
students. You have to understand people have to be reminded of where
you came from and what’s possible. That's how it works.

Once you have data, feel free to add them as Facebook folders. When
people stumble on the folder, they will have all the information they need to
decide if they want to work with you.

CHAPTER 6
CREATE A CLIENT RICH FB GROUP, FAST
Something that I feel so many people struggle with is deciding what it is
that you want to be known for. What is the one thing you feel you do better
than everyone else, and who is the person that it works the best for.

For example, it’s not enough to say you’re a “business coach.” It would be
better to narrow that focus to a “business coach who helps take health and
wellness ecomm stores from 6 to 7 figures.” Being this specific allows your
target audience to immediately identify with you and weeds out those
people who you probably aren’t the best fit for.

I mean, I get it. There are so many options you could do online. There is
this common thread you see where people think they have to offer a ton of
products or services, or they will leave money on the table. But I realized a
long time ago, that the more “niche” I became, the more successful I
became. You can’t be everything to everyone. Pick something and go all in.

So, once you niche down and figure out what you want to do, the next
move is to go and open a free Facebook group. Eventually you're going to
get to a point where people join your group on autopilot just from seeing
your profile. Facebook will also start recommending your Facebook group
to people they feel would be interested and you won’t have to focus on that
aspect of growth. It’s not unreasonable to get 50 to 100 people join a day.

One of the ways you get to that point is by carefully choosing a name for
your group. Try to include as many keywords as you can but keep it short
and simple. For example, when I started running an agency group, my
group was called Facebook Ads for Local Businesses. You want it to be
obvious who the group is intended to serve.

Your goal as a group owner to get Facebook to promote your group right
on the sidebar of the newsfeed, because that's how people are going to
find out about your group organically. For example, a group named “no
fluff, no bullshit squad” leaves me with no idea what the group is about.

You don't even have to have a group that is centered around the making
money. My wife is in all these dog groups and loves it. It's a passion group.

If you know how to write content that will get a lot of engagement, you can
leverage big groups to grow a huge following. Here’s an example:

Learn about the software that automates EVERYTHING you've read in this book -> Learn More 20
As you can see, it almost serves as a testimonial for ClickFunnels which is
a really, delicate way to get people’s attention inside of those visitor groups
without getting banned. I talk about how in the beginning $97 per month
was a lot of money which so many people can identify with and walk them
through the journey to the point where I’m making $3000 in affiliate
commissions from using the information I obtained in that group.

If you notice, there are over 600 likes on the post and 108 comments. Now
because of that post, I had about 200-300 people add me as friends. Then
they started following me, calling me, and joining my email list eventually
became my costumers. Think about the power of writing a single post and
having even 23 people buy a $200 product as a result. This is literal proof
that posting valuable information in other groups is a solid way to start your
business.

Getting really good at writing takes time. The more you write, the better you
get. So, the more put information in big groups like this, the better the
information will be. More people will look at it and start taking it seriously
and ask to become your friend. This is my system. It’s very, very simple to
actually build an audience.

Once you start this process, you want to make sure that you build up to
5,000 friends on your Facebook profile as fast as possible. Those 5000
friends should all be people who are interested in what you have to say
about your area of expertise, not friends and family. To maximize your
results, you want to build a big audience and you can do that faster through
friend connections because your posts get priority in the newsfeed.

It all works together. With a targeted friend list, your posts about your
journey and your (not braggy) results will start to build authority and
influence. People will start to trust you and believe that they can get the
same result.

In the beginning, while you’re building your reputation, you want to add
people who liked or commented on the post, as friends. Make sure to thank
people for commenting. Here is an sample script of how to thank them:
“Hey [name], this has all been super inspirational. You know, I'm just
starting my journey. Thank you so much.”

The really cool thing is that once you do an interview with one person, they
can then introduce you to other people and it becomes really, really easy.
You just need to crack that one-person thing first.

All that being said, you're not going to go to Ezra firestone and ask to
interview him because it wouldn't benefit him with his level of influence. It's
too big. You want to shoot for people who are just ahead of you but not
huge yet, and start building those connections.

That's how the industry works guys. You've got to put your networking hat
on. go out there and talk with people. As we continue to move through the
book, I'm going to show you a lot of amazing stuff, but the big takeaway is
our data is everything. Put yourself out there and document the journey. I
learned it the hard way by trial and error but thankfully you don’t have to.
People will find someone to learn and buy from. It can be someone else or
you. It may as well be you.

In the remaining chapters we are going to talk about what to actually do

with that audience once you have built it. Let’s go.

CHAPTER 7
How to Create Engaging Group Content Fast
Now, let's talk about actually coming up with content to post in the group. I
feel like that's been my biggest strength all these years. I can come up with
content on the fly because I’ve been doing it for a long time. So, I'm going
to teach you guys exactly how to create posts in a way that you don’t have
to create all the content yourself. That content will also serve as research
and insight into what your group members need and are willing to buy.

Something I see all the time is that people think they know what their
audience wants, and because of that they fail that. This isn’t just newbie
marketers either. It can happen to successful influencers. Those who have
continued to grow and scale however, have been able to do so because
they literally asked their audience what they want and then they gave it to
them. Those are the people who are crushing it.

It’s exactly the same process I use. This book is based on research that I
already had done, and every word that I write was written for me by my
audience. I'm going to teach you how to do that.

This isn’t a new method. Matter of fact, Ryan Levesque does a

phenomenal job of teaching this in his Ask Method. You literally have to ask
your audience what they want in your post content. I'm going to show you
an example of how I do it and the results received from the answers. It’s
like letting the group write your webinars for you. I call it the group
research. Let’s dig in.

Conducting Group Research

The first thing you need to do when creating content for your group is to call
out your audience, even if that audience is small in size. So, let's say you're
working with coaches and consultants. You need to literally say “coaches
and consultants” in your content. If you’re working with affiliate marketers,
call them out.

You want to ask them what is considered the most important question:
“when it comes to x, what are your biggest hurdles or pain points?”
This acts as the subject of your group.

Learn about the software that automates EVERYTHING you've read in this book -> Learn More 24
From there I give them a link to download to the cheat sheet and then ask
them to join my free Facebook group.

You will notice couple of things happen here as well. Number one, I got
their email. Number two, I gave them value. They got a free cheat sheet.
Then they started learning about how they can get into my world and
become who I am.

The next thing I tell them to do is add me as a friend. So, I now have new,
targeted people adding me as friends, which is a very important part of this
process. You've got to build your friend list up. (More on this later.) And
finally, I offer to let them join the bot.

You can see that you're literally giving people a step by step process for
moving through your funnel.

Learn about the software that automates EVERYTHING you've read in this book -> Learn More 14
If you want to really know your audience, you're going to want to get
them to answer the following questions.

1. What is your number one fear when it comes to X?

2. What’s your number one roadblock when it comes to X?

3. What is the number one thing you want to know about X?

4. What is your number one goal when it comes to X?

5. What is one additional thing that you would like to add to X?

Once they are done with the survey there is a button with a link to deliver
the “gift”.

Regardless of whether or not you decide to do a giveaway specifically, you

want to make sure that when you deliver content, to always get people to
give you something in exchange. That could be an opt-in form where you
capture their information, a bot messenger link, subscribe to your channel,
or some other form of engagement. People will value things they have
some sort of investment in.

Outside Content Research

One easy group research tactic is to pull content from competitor or

complimentary groups. What I recommend is going into five groups in your
niche and entering the admin’s name in the search bar. Then, scroll
through the results and look for posts that had the most engagement.

It stands to reason, that if you have a similar audience, the content would
go over well for your group too. Obviously, you don’t want to just copy and
paste their exact post. However, you can most certainly reword their post
and still get the same effect. I simply start a Google Sheet and dump all of
the content into the sheet.

A lot of these posts are simply engagement posts, asking people for their
opinion. And people like to voice their opinion! It's not always about you. So

Learn about the software that automates EVERYTHING you've read in this book -> Learn More 26
sometimes you just need to ask your audience what they think about a
certain topic.

5 Types of Posts That Get Engagement

Now let’s talk about five very specific styles of posts that get engagement.
They these took me some time to come up with, and I'm literally giving you
guys the keys to the kingdom. Some may seem like common knowledge
but bear with me. These are proven to convert!

Post Type #1: The Bait Post

Engagement Level: Ultra High

A debate post pretty much has an ultra-high engagement level. Some

people don't like those posts, but they work amazing. A BAIT POST is
where you give your audience something they really want, in return
for something else.

Pros – Can have huge engagement if you know what your audience likes.
Cons – Can be hard to deliver at times. What I mean by that is if you have
300 people comment and need to deliver everybody a video, that's going to
be rough. It's really annoying, but it's worth it.

Here's an example of a Bait Post:

Closed four or $5,000 packages this month.

Did a full walkthrough with my students but realized this should help a lot of you guys
close better on the phone. (All closes were on the phone.)

Want to take a look? (Video is around an hour)

Drop a like and Comment below “Gimme the Goodies”

Let's go.

In this example, I offer something that is very, very useful, (the full video
walkthrough) in exchange for them commenting on and liking the post. The
added engagement in the group then boosts my group in the newsfeed and
ultimately brings in new people.

Listen, the post types we are going over are amazing. You cannot be the
only person that provides content inside your group. Members have to

Learn about the software that automates EVERYTHING you've read in this book -> Learn More 27
engage to keep it alive. If engagement is low, you will not only have trouble
getting people into the group but trouble keeping them as well.

Another example of a bait post is:

Wanna win a FREE course? Giving away my Agency Clients on Demand to 2 lucky
people tonight + cash prizes! Comment + Like to enter!

As you can imagine, these types of posts typically get insanely high
engagement. Now, if you’re wanting to use this type of post to grow your
email list, then you could ask users a “click a link” in the post comments to
register and link them to your messenger bot or landing page. It's a nice,
nonforceful way to get people to engage and sign up.

Post Type #2: The “Chit Chat” Post

Engagement Level: High

A “Chit Chat” post is basically asking your audience a normal day to day
question. Some examples include:

• What's the weather like?

• What's your favorite movie?
• Why are your favorite hobbies when you're not doing working?
• How many hours of sleep do you get at night?
• Are you a morning person or a day person?

Try to choose topics that kind of relate to what you’re doing in the group in
some way. So, to customize one example from above you could ask, ”How
many hours of sleep do you get as an entrepreneur?” It’s relevant because
many entrepreneurs (especially in the online space) don't sleep enough.

Pros – Topics are easy to come up with, can be used a few times a week
Cons – None. (Just don’t overdo it!)

This is a great type of post to do with your group to create great

engagement. However, you should always mix up different types of
engagement posts each week, or the group starts to lose value.

Post Type #3: The “Trigger” Post

Engagement Level: High

Learn about the software that automates EVERYTHING you've read in this book -> Learn More 28
This is one of my favorite types of posts because the engagement level
from members, can be really high as well. Plus, they are just really fun. A
“trigger” post is when you say or ask something controversial or polarizing,
that people have strong opinions on or get heated over.

Pros – Creates lasting engagement

Cons – Causes people to get angry, can cause chaos inside the group

This type of post creates great engagement that can last for a long time
because people will keep commenting and arguing about the content.

An example “trigger” post would be:

The system is broken.

College doesn't work for business owners.
If you want to open a business, drop out.
College for business is a scam.
There I said it.

People obviously start going crazy, because some people went to college
and some people didn't. Another highly engaged trigger topic asking about
or referring to political or religious preferences. (Ex. like Hillary vs. Trump)
Just use this post type with caution. It can get out of hand fast.

Post Type #4: The “Origin” Post

Engagement Level: Medium - Ultra

The origin post is another one of my favorite type of posts. The

engagement level can vary between medium and ultrahigh, depending on
how you write. This type of post is where you share how you overcame a
struggle, or your own success (rags to riches) story.

Pros – People will love you if executed right, strongest type of post

Cons – If done wrong, comes across as cliché

What I want you to keep in mind is the more you write, the better you get. I
became a good copywriter and it was literally by writing nonstop. This type
of post will help with that growth.

Learn about the software that automates EVERYTHING you've read in this book -> Learn More 29
This works so well because you are sharing something that your audience
can really relate to. These build your culture. People who are really high
level do this nonstop, especially in video. If done wrong however, it can
sound cliché or insincere.

An example of this type of post drawn from my own group is:

👉How I hit 7 figures in Under 2 year of Internet Marketing 👈

Step 1: Left home and Moved to the other side of the planet
Step 2: Get a shitty 9 - 5 Job.
Step 3: Quit that shitty 9 - 5 Job.
Step 4: Buying a $297 course when I had $350 in the bank.
Step 5: Use the rest of the money for ads instead of buying food.
Step 6: Call your parents saying, "I made a huge mistake."
Step 7: Land one client who barely covers rent. And keep paying yourself nothing.
Step 8: Make sure to exchange your newly earned knowledge for Free Drinks/Meals to survive.
Step 9: Turn the client into a believer who refers you two more clients.
Step 10: Call/Cold email every local business in the city, Land 6 more paid clients.
Step 11: Change everything about the business.
Step 12: Realize that nothing you do is certain to work out.
Step 13: Something works out.
Step 14: Double down on it.
Step 15: Profit.
Step 16: Write viral rags to riches Facebook posts.
Step 17: Teach a bunch of new students how to do the same.
Step 18: Triple what you make
Step 19: Call your parents saying, "I'm a genius."
Step 20: Learn to ignore the haters.

You get the idea. Give the readers an opportunity to really relate to you so
that they start to build trust and they will begin to open their wallets. Simply
get out of your shell, share your story and KEEP sharing it. Okay?

Post Type #5: The Value Post

Engagement Level: Low - High

This type of post is basically where you deliver value in your group. This
means you teach the group something for FREE without asking for
anything back. Sometimes it doesn't get good engagement. It just depends
on what you teach. As with the others, don't do too much of one thing, just
mix it up. That way it will be more fun for you as well. Up next, I'm going to
talk about making money from your group.

CHAPTER 8
How to Monetize Your Group
Last, let's talk about how you can make money from the influence you have
amassed. One of the best ways that I found is to monetize your group by
doing small, cheap masterclasses. So many people release a full course
every few months and it’s a huge pain in their ass. If nothing else I have
said sticks with you, let this be the one: never, EVER create a course
BEFORE you sell it again. Seriously. Sell first, create later.

What changed my life and my business was implementing a group

research strategy to figure out what my people are really struggling with
and then create a masterclass around it that doesn’t break their bank. I
have found it to be true that if I want people to continue to keep buying from
me, then I need to price my products reasonably.

The price point that has worked best for me is around $97. It’s not really
considered a lot of money to people in our industry, so it prevents us from
burning our audience with big payments. This also means that you only
need to sell 10 “spots” to make about $1000.

Now think about it, if you have built a well targeted audience using the
strategies in this book, then it’s not unrealistic to be able to make $1000 in
a single day of your launch. It’s genius. So many people work several days
at really annoying jobs just to make $1000. What’s great about this group
strategy specifically, is you are going to make that money without ad
spend; it comes from a simple group post.

First, let’s cover what exactly I mean by a live Masterclass. Basically, it

consists of:

• 1-hour live class / event

• Present using Facebook Live or Zoom
• Price range is $97-197
• Covers one pain point your audience has

What makes this convert so well is that you are able to identify what their
pain point is because of your group research and engagement posts. You
aren’t guessing at what they want. You are literally giving them what they

Learn about the software that automates EVERYTHING you've read in this book -> Learn More 31
raised their hand and said they needed. And the way you are going to pull
the whole thing off is by using what I call the “$1000 Day Formula”.

The $1000 Day Formula

Here’s the breakdown of the formula:

Step 1: Group research.

Step 2: Ad copy (The Launch Post)
Step 4: Accept payment and send to student group
Step 5: Deliver the class
Step 6: Upsell (priced at $1-3k)
Step 7: Resell (in a paid evergreen format or as a lead magnet)

I know that for some people, the idea of delivering a course by themselves
is overwhelming and there is nothing wrong with that. You can still leverage
this system in your group.

One way to pull this launch off is to team up with other leaders to teach a
masterclass on subjects that you aren’t necessarily an expert in, but your
audience is wanting to learn. You would then split the income 50/50. You
sell the “tickets” or seats to your audience because you’re the influencer
and let the partner deliver the masterclass.

I also recommend that you try not to do more than two or three
masterclasses per month, to avoid creating a financial burden on your
audience. You also want to give as much free value as you can in the
group between any paid classes. This will keep members from feeling like
they're being taken advantage of.

How to Launch a Masterclass to Your Group

Next, let's talk about how to actually launch the master class in the group.
First, you need to follow the launch post template. (more on this later)
You're going to want to fill in the blanks of the template using your group
research.

The key thing that you need to remember here is, that the post will not
contain a link to purchase. You should use the post to get people to ask
you for the link to help give the launch momentum.

Learn about the software that automates EVERYTHING you've read in this book -> Learn More 32
The engagement on the post creates a snowball effect and gets members
excited for your content. If you did the group research correctly, your
launches should get great results. By now, you should start to see how this
all comes together. For this whole thing to be successful, you need to
achieve influencer status that way people will actually like listening to you
or see you as their leader.

The Launch Post Template Outline

Launch Title:
Get their attention with emojis and an attractive title

Post Trailer:
Briefly recap the entire post in a sexy way. This is a power punch. In as few
words as possible tell them exactly what you are going to teach.

Sick & Tired, Wish & Want:

Fill the sentence in from the group research.
Are you sick and tired of (pain point)?
Wish you could get (pain point)?
Want (solution offered in masterclass)?

Event Announcement:
Tease the live event details (who is presenting)

Sales Copy:
Here is where you tell them what is going to be covered by listing any
features or benefits of the class.

Bonuses:
Always make sure to include bonuses and assign a dollar value.

Scarcity:
Add REAL scarcity. People suffer from FOMO (fear or missing out), so this
is a great way to push them over the edge to purchase.

Cost:
Let them know that the event is not free and give them a price.

Learn about the software that automates EVERYTHING you've read in this book -> Learn More 33
Call-to-action:
Tell them to Like and Comment to get access to the link (remember the buy
link doesn’t go in the post copy. Members much engage and help you
create a snowball effect.)

Comment Reply Script:

Hey (tag name)! Boom!

Here’s what to do next:

1. Go here: (pay link)
2. Pay
3. Comment “I’m ready to gooooo!”

Once you’re done, I’ll add you to our private student group where we will go live and
teach you the exact steps to huge results with (___). LETSGO!

Now that you know how to create the launch post and you have seen an
example, you also need to make sure to do a few other steps before you
launch.

1. Create Student Facebook Group – This doesn’t have to be fancy.

You just need a place to put the people who sign up. This is where
you will deliver the live course as well. No fancy membership site or
anything is needed.

2. Setup Payments – I prefer to use either PayPal.me or PayFunnels to

accept payments on the classes. PayFunnels is great because it
integrates with Stripe and will push purchasers right to the student
group after payment. It’s really just a matter of preference what
payment processor you use.

If at this point you are wondering if this is really “that” simple, let me assure
you that it most certainly is. I use the same formula again and again and
again. It always works! You don't even need that much copy. Simply a very
strong headline, a life changing opportunity, some scarcity and a way for
them to buy from you.

If you spend the time creating the post and making the masterclass, those
people bought from you will trust you and will continue to buy again, if you
have the right product for them. You are literally changing their lives.

Learn about the software that automates EVERYTHING you've read in this book -> Learn More 34
I will say, there is no real way to automate this process. It’s one of the
things I get asked the most and the truth is that this system, this formula
works if you are highly engaged in your group. Spend time in there with the
members. It’s amazing business model, but it is in no way passive.

I have spent years of trial and error to develop this system and now you get
to benefit from all that hard work. You have everything you need. It’s game
over for your business.

Simply rinse, and repeat.
