    Syrup Azibact 200 LR


    2 AZITHROMYCIN(200 MG )
    3.5 ml - Once a day 3 Days Only fever persists for 3 days

    Syrup Fepanil (250 mg)


    3 5 ml - Once a day SoS For fever
    PARACETAMOL(250 MG )

    4 Syrup LCM 4 ml - Once a day 1 Week Bedtime


    MONTELEUKAST + LEVOCETRIZINE

    Instructions:
    Plenty of fluids
    Watch for danger Signs: Respiratory rate > 35/ min(above 2 years) & > 40/ min(below 2 years), Bluish discolouration of nails/ lips or tongue,
    gasping for breath, cold hand/ feet
    Nebulisation with Levolin(0.63mg) + Budecort(0.5mg) + 0.5ml 3% NaCl
    With/without O2
    Morning/ Night
    On day 6 fever, do CBC,CRP,CXR,WIDAL,DENGUE CARD,URINE C/S, PS for Hematology

    Follow up: 01 Dec 2021, Wednesday
